At Eco Bath London, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt. Our refund and return policy is outlined below:
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: a. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt. b. Item(s) must be in their original, unused, and perfect condition. c. All original packaging must be intact.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A redelivery fee (at our standard rates) will be applied for all exchanged items.
- Exclusions
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are excluded from our return policy. These include toiletries and beauty products if the packaging seals have been broken. Such items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.
- Initiating a Return

- Bundle Offers & Free Shipping Items
If you have purchased items under a bundle offer or received free shipping, the refund amount will be adjusted to consider the item's listed price. If you are returning an order that qualified for free shipping, a standard delivery fee of £4.50 will be deducted from your refund. This covers the delivery costs incurred by our company when processing returns.
- Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your entire order in writing within 7 days of receipt and receive a full refund of all charges. To cancel your order, please email us at info@theecobath.com. Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will need to return the item(s) to our warehouse at your own expense.
- Damaged or Faulty Items
In the event that an item is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receipt. Damaged items must be returned to our warehouse in proper packaging. We will either replace the item(s) or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
