VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, DONT TRUST THEM

It’s my first time buying from this company, I thought I’d give them a try! WORST decision I’ve made with trusting a new company like that! To this date I have no order in my hands! When I contacted them to ask what happened they just sent a photo of it by my front door, in an open flat. I know it’s Evri at fault too but this company then put their hands up as said they have nothing to do with it as it’s Evri job to deliver parcels safely and that I have to contact them? I’m not buying from Evri, I made a purchase on here therefore as the senders it’s definitely their responsibility to find out what’s happened to it!
Very rude responses I’ve gotten from them and unprofessional service!

My order, or my money needs to come back or this is classed as theift!
