Eco Bath London is committed to take environmental responsibility to help to save our planet. All our packaging been manufactured from recycled materials. In most cases, we reuse boxes, materials received from deliveries. We also recycle our excess cardboard boxes and turn them into packaging materials so your products don't get damaged. Please remember that any cardboard packaging from us can be recycled or compos.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the Purchaser. This is an additional cost, unless otherwise stated.
Secure Online Payment
The Eco Bath London provides a secure payment system by utilizing the services of Sage Pay Europe Ltd. for all online payments. Payments can be submitted online using protocol 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the strongest commercially available level of encryption. The private data of the Purchaser will be encrypted at all times whilst in transit over the Internet.
We currently accept orders from all over the world. Eco Bath London Company will make every effort to despatch orders within two working days of receipt. We always dispatch orders by next day service (England & Wales) (2-3 day delivery service for Scotland & Northern Ireland) using DPD or TNT couriers. International customers should contact us for delivery charges as these charges vary from one country to another. Customer will receive a remainder email from the courier company as soon as the order been dispatched. Additional to that customer will receive a text message or email the expected delivery time DPD will attempt delivery and if the recipient is not at home a card will be left with written instructions asking them to contact their local depot to re-arrange delivery or to collect. It is then the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery or collection. It is the Purchasers responsibility to ensure that a recipient or representative is present to sign for the delivery. If the delivery is returned to Eco Bath London after a few unsuccessful attempts for delivery, purchaser will be charged for re-delivery.
If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within seven days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost. A redelivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange.
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene and safety reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights and are toiletries and beauty products if the packaging seals have been broken.
Your Right to Cancel
You have a right to cancel your entire order in writing within seven days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. You will then need to return the Good(s) to our warehouse by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.
Damaged Or Faulty Goods
If the Goods are damaged or found to be faulty, the Purchaser should contact Eco Bath London within two days of receipt of Goods. Damaged Goods must be returned to Eco bath London address packaged properly. Eco Bath London will replace or refund the item(s).
